This wall hanging is a larger-than-life reproduction of Edward Curtis' 1924 photograph ‘Indian Girl (Pomo)’.
It is painted on cotton muslin and measures 1.60 x 2.25 metres. To achieve the effect of an old, crinkled photograph, the paint was sprayed and dabbed on by hand using a special technique.
Tabs are attached at the top and bottom. This allows the painting to be hung on a curtain rod or, if necessary, weighted down at the bottom with lead tape or a rod.
The picture is from 2004 and hung on my wall for a while, so there are some small signs of wear. All in all, it is in very good condition and will make your living room or salon an absolute eye-catcher.

Native American Girl (Edward Curtis)
This wall hanging is painted with acrylic paints on cotton muslin. It has a loop sewn into the top for hanging on a curtain rod. A loop is incorporated at the bottom so a rod can be inserted for a smooth, drapey look.
